Well, I’m 24. and I love..
Music,
specifically music that’s not American (I live in the US)
I live in Texas, but I love Scandinavia.
And Japan, or anywhere civilized and with the first world.
Though the third world makes great food.
But they need to figure their shit out.
I speak three languages. English, obvs, Spanish, ¡si si! and Icelandic. heyrðu afhverju talarðu íslensku? Af þvi að ég er svoo dugleg með tungumál. Yeah, I lived there for a hot minute, no big deal.
I also love Photography and Design. I studied art and design in Uni.
Yes I just said Uni like those Brits.
I love England, well specifically London.
London is my New York, New York is just the off brand version of LDN.
Panic in the streets of London is taken from the song Panic by The Smiths.
Yes, I know it’s, Panic ‘on’ the streets, but ‘in’ just flows better.
The Smiths, not Londoners, but from Manchester. But still British.
I work at American Apparel, so I have to look “natural” all the time.
Whatever natural is, I try my best to make my look effortless, yet there’s a whole village that goes into this “look.”
Oh yeah, I love Fashion too, it’s one of the most inspirational ways to express your character every day. People that don’t harness it are just lazy and they’re boring to me. Though I have my moments..
Kylie Minogue may be my favorite artist, but I’m in a chillwave/shoegaze/indie stint at the moment. I’ve always been a fan of a variety of artists and bands that aren’t the typical four guys with guitars and a bass with maybe a drummer. Anything left of center is right up my ally. Björk you’re my girl.
So yeah, technically I’m an “artist,” but I hate labels. I’m really just a dude who likes stuff at a higher taste level than most people.
